Spacious and Scenic

I was checked into a Quad room which pleasantly surprised me with its spacious layout, even with three beds and one foldable bed. The room faced Nakajima Park, and I truly appreciated waking up to such a beautiful view. The facilities were extremely clean, and the innovative placement of the heater kept the room cozy despite the chilly weather. This made for a very comfortable stay.

Excellent Breakfast Buffet

The breakfast buffet at the hotel exceeded my expectations! They offered a wide variety of dishes, including rice, sashimi, smoked meats, and freshly baked pastries. Everything was delicious, and there was also a coffee/tea machine available, making mornings feel special. I particularly enjoyed starting my day with such a hearty meal.

Clean and Functional

The bathroom facilities were very clean and functional. I appreciated that the toilet was separated from the bathroom area, which allowed for better privacy. Comfortable Overnight Stay

I stayed in a standard double room that was well beyond my expectations for space and comfort. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. We had a nice stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival. The hotel offered clean and compact rooms with an incredibly comfortable bed. The location was superb, making it easy to access main attractions. However, the room sizes were quite small, and communication with the staff could be a bit challenging at times.
